- The room was very clean. The staff was incredibly friendly. Everything I expected from a historic place. Great location. Easy walk to anywhere in downtown.
- The person doing check in was very polite and informative. The place was old, but the antiques were fun to see. Old doesn¿t have to mean run down. It was VERY clean, comfortable bedding also. Convenient to walking. I wish we could have stayed longer.
- Friendly staff and adorable rooms! It's very close to the all of the shopping.
Cons -
- Everything was great!
- I wanted to reschedule because of inclement weather but was declined so my aunt and I tried to make the best of it but didn't get to see the lights because of the storm.
- Only thing I can say was unpleasant was the 2 carpets in the room were pretty stained and are in need of cleaning.
