The location was close to where I was visiting

The ice machine did not work, there was no coffee pot in the room but there was coffee and cups for the coffee. The room I stayed in was outdated but over all it was just ok

It was super clean, quiet, and the desk clerk was friendly. The price was very great!

The breakfast was just so-so, but not bad enough to turn us away.

I paid for the room and attempted to get a refund afterwards. Was told that since I was there for 15 minutes the first night can't be refunded.

Everything about it I didn't like.

The sheets weren¿t clean there were crumbs in the bed when I pulled back the bed covers, there was construction dust all over the room. The chair in the room was filthy and there were tares on both arms. The lamp was plugged into a surge protector.

had difficulty turning on TV, had to have staff come and make the contact with the system. Very minimal breakfast, went to McDonalds instead. washing area was very low, would be for handicapped level.

The lady at the front desk was awesome friendly, courteous, I have been there before she remembered me. She was training a young lady she let me know what she was doing.

the floor was nasty they had fixed the shelf and all the Trash was left on the floor. We left stop by the front desk got towels and asked if them cleaned the room her response was probably not. So i asked for a broom to clean up the trash

How close it is to everything

I respect pet friendly, they had kennels stationed outside my room & for 3 nights straight these ppl had their dogs outside 2am barking. I was offered to move to a building in the middle of a renovation way in the back with my kids. Manager had attitude

There was no running water in the sink. Had to use the bathtub to brush my hands and teeth. The breakfast was all sugar. No none sugar alternative.

Yes, they were pressure washing the deck on the second floor, which ran down to the first floor where I was,of course.

The staff attempted to resolve issues with the rooms.

The first room they gave us was filthy. Dirt, dust, pieces of trash and debris all over the floor. It hadnt even been swept. A thick layer of dust all over the bedside tables. The " deluxe" room had a partially non functional tv and wasnt that clean.

IT was close to where I needed to be.

The room was never serviced in the three nights we stayed there.

Close to work and good selection of food in the area

The hotel was clean and comfortable everything met expectations

The rooms has recently been remodeled and the pictures looked great, but the pictures are misleading. The ceilings were dirty and the paint just above the baseboards was chipped and torn. The cleanliness was questionable at best and I saw big spiders.

Not much just the location.

The door to the room did not seal. Floor was dirty, toilet kept running unless you turned the water off, and the window curtains would not close all the way. Asked for toilet paper twice while staying there even after the room was cleaned and prepared

Nothing....but The Wharf casual seafood restaurant down the road was very good.

Stayed in Residence Inns before and been very pleased. I was expecting a Residence Hub Inn to be similar. It was not. Old and dated place with exterior door rooms. The room smelled like bleach over some other unpleasant smell. Most Motel 6 are nicer.

Free breakfast and the server was good.

This hotel is a dump. There's garbage everywhere. Short staffed. Nothing was clean. Beds were missing pillows and blankets. There's a towel shortage. Can't get housekeeping for hours at a time.
