Fresh waffles

We called twice for issues with our TV. We could hear here nearly yelling at a customer. The TV finally turned on but had static. The A/C was on all night but the room never got cool. There was a severely broken desk chair on the walkway to our room.

Updated Room,maintained. No roaches,spiders, cracked floors, cracked counter, damaged bathtub. I go for the elevator & pool (pool was closed drunk driver taking out part of the fence & pool area but getting fixed. Dig coffee, waffles, light yogurt,butter!

Sugar free syrup,opened pool, and floors so clean I could walk barefoot wouldve been nice though floors are on my top 3 cleanest list.

This hotel delivered everything I expect in a hotel with this price point. It?s not the Ritz Carlton but it was just what I needed for a quick nights sleep. The room was clean, the location was quiet & there was plenty of of hot water.

While the staff was nice and understanding, the room was disgusting. Mold and mildew was evident in the rooms, as well as a moldy smell. The room was not clean, as there were stains and used towels in the room. Not a good experience.

There were dead roaches on the floor, stains on the walls and the toilet was dirty

Staff was rude, room was dirty, smelled like smoke and curry.?and I had a non smoking room. Nothing was cleaned

Our room was filthy... We only stayed two nights and canceled the rest of our stay.

Location was bad nothing to do and overall just a bad experience had to leave 2 days earlier cause I was not satisfied with the stay!

Staff were very attentive, room was great, had a quiet night, bed was comfortable and I slept all night. Water pressure was great we both had a shower at night and water was hot for us both. breakfast display included cereal, toast, fruit and waffles

only thing I could think of was a dirty laundry bag would be great.

The absolute- no refund policy need to be modified. Price lock rates are a bargain but a change in stay by a free hours should be allowed . Make the customer more aware of the default settings of the dates and a 2ndconfirm your dates prior to submission.

The room size and the staff was friendly and professional. Local was perfect

The lamps didn¿t have ubs portal and they need to upgrade the appliances, microwave.

Floor was dirty and a few bugs in the room, but to be fair, the bugs could¿ve been from when we unloaded the car.

Furnishings need updating, motion sensor light in bathroom area was not needed.
