- Starting with Hotel employee and the rest of the staff. This is the fourth time we've stayed there in the last five months and hands-down it's one of the best experiences we've had.
- From the moment you arrive great service from Hotel employee, later at the pool area the service from the staff making sure my family had everything and making recommendation. Definitely a place my family will come back and will recommend to one.
- The place was amazing. Staff was great. One of the best stays I¿ve had. Very close to Disney and what a luxury stay should be!
Cons -
- My stay at the hotel was great at the the beginning. But, right after I checked out i got a notification from my credit card that i was charged for something from the hotel. As I tried on numerous occasions to reach the front desk with no success.
- I did not like the loud music. It sounded like we were right above a night club. I did not like the price tags on everything in the room. It was hard to tell what you could use for free and what you would be charged for.
