Comfortable, clean room. The hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

The AC unit was odd. Sometimes it would blow hot air and we didn't know why

Breakfast needed improvement. Breakfast attendant was not friendly did not greet you in morning.

Clean, friendly staff. Room was spacious and well appointed. Kudos to staff at check in. Breakfast was well catered for including a waffle machine.

The location was amazing. The room was very clean and super roomy. The staff was very professional and friendly, always helpful with anything I needed. The price was very affordable.

Would have liked a big outside covered sitting area to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.

Dirty carpet in the room had an odar. Dust on furniture. Tub drained very slow. Ton spigot was loose. One elevator stalled before reaching fourth floor. Plantings at front entrance were in desperate need of water. Pool had only four pool chairs.

The hotel was located RIGHT NEXT TO FREEWAY , far too noisy to sleep, the pool was about the size of a thimble and full of green algae. The view to rear is of a run down Quality Inn and it¿s trashy looking dumpster enclosure

It was clean, breakfast was good, staff very nice.

Wish they would have a pull out mirror in the bathroom. It's difficult when you are short trying to put contacts in or makeup on. Also a nice place for dogs to be walked

Great location! Breakfast was good. Room rate was great compared to others in the area.

Rooms need some updating. Some Sheetrock was damaged, and the carpet and furniture is old. Staff was 50/50 helpful/polite - a few did not go out of their way to speak. Checkin in took a while but a new employee was training.

Paid for double queen bed and given a single bed king suite. The young lady at the front desk had a bad attitude and I ask for her manager and she told me the manager wasn¿t available to talk to me. I had my family with me (party of 3 including myself)

TV is old and out of date...had to move to other rooms three times in order to get working tv...wifi seems not working well.

Hotel staff were friendly. Great choice at breakfast and rooms were clean. Located near a few quick restaurants. Rooms were quiet despite being next to a busy road.

Parking lot was small but didn't have any issues that evening on a week day.
