- BEWARE OF THIS COMPLAINT against a manager at Fort Myers area has been completely unacceptable treatment my wife and I experienced during our stay. The level of unprofessionalism, disregard for guests, and outright harassment we endured
- I DID NOT LIKE EVERY ASPECT OF THIS 0 STAR HOTEL.
- The tv mount was broken and hanging off the wall, bathroom sink faucet what a jet stream and if you barely turned it on it would splash water all over you and the floor, no plug for sink (kitchen and bathroom), saw two cockroaches in a matter of two days,
