Hampton Inn & Suites Clearwater/St. Petersburg-Ulmerton Rd

Upon entering room, toilet did not work. My husband had to fix it. At 1:00 am we were awaken by a group out in the hallway, a group of teenagers who thought it would be fun to put a bunch of coins in the dryer. We left at 4am because we couldn't sleep.

The deadbolt on the room door didn't work and the second lock was broken. The price paid was more than the quality . Not the quality you expect from a Hampton Inn

Staff was very good and cooperative.

Room had multiple issues. Lights were not working, phone wasn?t working and bathroom door lock was broken.

Helpful front desk staff. Wonderful 2-head shower,

Spartan, undecorated room. Walls thin, lots of noise from hallway and adjacent rooms. Fridge so small to be nearly useless. A/C leaked, damp carpet.

Room was nice and the afternoon desk lady was very nice when we checked in.

Your overnight front desk worker is very rude. She came pounding on our door threatening to call the cops on us because our TV was on at a volume of 8, which is ambient noise. No call to the room or anything. Will not recommend this hotel because of her.

It has to be one of the loudest hotels I¿ve ever been to. Rooms facing the road are forced to deal with planes, loud vehicles on a freeway, emergency vehicles. I¿ve never slept so little while on vacation.

Very clean rooms and friendly staff, great location by the airport, free parking, nice workout room, free breakfast, close to some good restaurants, a great in between place to stay if you want to visit the beaches, but don¿t want a huge hotel.

Airplanes flying over constantly are cool but a bit noisy.

Asked several times for extra towels on day 1 of our 3 day stay since there was a total of 4 people and took a whole day to get them. On day 2 we asked house keeping for fresh towels and we were told they wasnt any neither bathroom amenities.

Nice and clean. Front desk clerk is nice. Breakfast was very decent. The price is reasonable.

I reserved a room with 2 queen but instead, got a room with 1 king. It was late and I was tired so I didn't go down to the front desk to complain. I pulled the coach out to use but the coach was very uncomfortable.

The hospitality.

They charged for parking and did not mention it. It just showed up on my bill.

the check-in desk was very friendly and helpful. She even took the initiative to call a Pharmacy to search for premium distilled water to use in my sister's C-PAP machine. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Roll-in shower was excellent

Only complaint is the view for the window was the back of the hotel's sign, therefore there was no view.
