This is so close to the highway, it¿s clean, the staff is polite. I¿d stay here again!

Nothing everything was great

Reception staff was welcoming, professional, and friendly . The room was immaculate, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. The lobby had wonderful vending machines to meet my needs.

No complimentary breakfast. The food ordered took forever. I have charge on my card that I don't recognize.

Didn't get any fresh towels or bed made during stay. Had to stop a housekeeper near the elevator for a clean towel. She acted like she didn't have any until I said I only needed one.And it appears I paid twice. Once on 7/1/25 through Booking.com and got another charge when I checked out on 8/18/25.

Quick and easy Checkin and checkout. Room was extremely clean and comfortable

Property was clean and quiet. Very nice small pool and large gym. Bed was very comfortable.

The floors by the pool need to have some kind of floor mats so water isn’t tracked all the way to the elevator.

The decor was nice

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived around 9pm. We had to wait over 10 minutes after our long drive for someone to come to the desk. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable and noisy, which doesn’t fair well in a room of 4 people. Also, there was no free coffee in the lobby so I ordered and paid for a cold brew coffee, only to be told after the fact there was none. Instead the barista offered me iced coffee, which was watered down and not what I paid for. Very disappointing.

The hotel was one of the quietest I have ever stayed at. I like that the lobby had private areas to sit as well as the seating outside with the fire pit. Every thing was clean and updated.

The only reason I did not rate this hotel as excellent was because during our 3 day stay, no cleaning staff checked our room. We were never offered or received clean towels or had the garbage emptied. Nothing.

Courteous and helpful staff. Plenty of lighting. Beds very comfortable.

Breakfast set up was unique to me. Good , hot food.

Fold out bed was awful. You can literally see the springs.
