Lost power to our room and the alarm clock went off every night in the middle of the night and woke us up.

The breakfasts were delicious.

The hot tub wasn’t working. The ac wasn’t working in main lobby area. The carpets in the hallways were very dirty and our fridge didn’t work.

Bigger TV than most. Free breakfast

Stench. Floors throughout smelled like pee especially in stairwells. Don't walk around you in socks or barefoot, will bring pee smell into bed which also smelled. Hot tub broken, stains on furniture in lobby. Pile of cig butts on ground at entry to lobby.

Staff, breakfast and housekeeping

Yes, the shower curtains always smell, the towels are brown and the carpet smells.

Lobby & exterior clean. Room OK. Staff great. Breakfast wonderful.

Whole hallways smelled of drugs every PM. Room was clean, but not in depth cleaned prior to stay. Paint missing in bathroom and spots on walls. Ants in bathroom. Interior of rooms very dated. Pillows awful.

The window coverings

The bathroom was filthy. The sink drained very slow. Mold around sink stopper.

Location

Price keeps increasing and it's honestly not worth the price for the room itself. This trip the AC did not work and it was a hot evening and the staffs response was to tell me to open a window. No room change offer, or trying to get someone to fix it..

Heater didn¿t work, pool out of order, rude staff, old Chinese food left in a hot fridge. Filthy hotel, stains on furniture, soiled floors, halls reeked of weed. I¿ve stayed in Super 8¿s nicer than this place. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here.

The pool and hot tub were closed without a prior warning of that on website. Couch was stained to the point of not wanting to sit in it, ac/heating until made loud buzzing noise and loud beeping on and off all night. Left after one night when reserved 2.

This staff was very helpful and friendly. Helped us find places to eat . Checking in and out was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in Parker.

Just a little sad grandson the the pool had a leak in it and the hot tub was broke . But that happens sometimes. We went shopping instead. No problem.

The room was clean and the location was very convenient.

The sliding barn door for the bathroom made a very loud squeaking noise every time it was moved. We were only there for a couple of nights so I didn¿t want to bother the staff with it, but it was quite annoying. I miss the days of regular doors.

The staff was very friendly with our family. The breakfast every morning was way better than any breakfast I have ever had at any other hotel. We never felt like we were being a burden and always felt comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice as well.

The only thing I did not like was the general layout of the parking lot!!

Nothing stands out.

The sheets and what looked like little blood spots. The shower by the drain had a yellowish stain . Luckily I was by myself because the only gave me one of each towel. Don't think I will stay at another HIE again. I will actively avoid it from now on

The front desk staff were very courteous. The breakfast was plentiful and good, as such hotel breakfasts go.

GPS address was o nearby Holiday inn. Hotel recently converted over to pet friendly. Severe pee stains all over th cloth furniture. Flat sheet on our King Bed was a queen sheet! Sheets and shams were rough. Only 2 maids in whole .hotel! Not up to stds!

The individual who was serving the breakfast was amazing. Staff did assist my family and I due to a reservation error n my part.

My original booking was for 3 rooms for (1 for 4 nights and 2 for 3 nights). My booking was incorrect and we needed to add nights, the front desk they would offer a discount on the rates for the additional evenings, which wasn't honoured.

The pool and spa were the best I've ever had at a hotel.

That there was no one clearing the parking lot of snow & slush on our leaving day the 17th. We waited until checkout time and still nothing.

Good location. Good breakfast. I liked that the room cleaning was customer directed.

The only thing I would change is the facial/nose tissue. It needs to be softer. Thanks!¿¿

The staff was AMAZING! So friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be!

The only negative was that the pool and hot tub weren¿t working.
