The pool and hot tub

The room smelled like sewer. Sink and black stuff that backed up from the pipes. I called the front desk and they said it was because sometimes pipes back up. Did not offer to move us to a different room. I had to clean the sink. The 2nd night was worse

The staff was very nice but it appeared they are under staffed.

Paying for parking is very irritating consider we are already paying for the facility. I shouldn’t have to try to figure out how to get my vehicle checked in, it should be done at the desk when I check in!

Very nice staff. Good breakfast with very attentive attendant.

We were on the second floor and the sewer backed up into our shower almost daily. Lots of stains in carpeting throughout the facility. Building seemed dated and needing a face-lift.

Comfortable beds. Good water pressure in the shower.

Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Automatic parking charge for a car (I didn?t have a car).

Location

Room had broken and missing amenities. We were informed they only clean their rooms every 3 days, conveniently the day we checked out was the day the room was scheduled to be cleaned.

Everyone there was so kind. They treated my son (colton w )who was staying there like he was family. And they really watched out for he and his dog. The hotel was beautiful, it was accommodating, and it had a friendly safe atmosphere.

The staff was very nice. The pool and hot tub were the best part. The days we went the temp was in the negatives and the pool had to be about 95 degrees and the hot tub had to be about 104 degrees. This hotel has by far the best indoor pool/hot tub.

The breakfast was not that great and the pillows were very flat.

Checking in was easy staff was really nice

Hidden fees that I wasn't told about told I was going to get my deposit back for my dog and haven't so far! For being a Hilton wasn't impressed was just like staying at another hotel!

Staff was exceptionally kind and patient! Breakfast was good lots of choices and good coffee plus friendly staff!

The beds were comfy but they had the comforters with satiny bottoms and we spent all night pulling the comforter back up! No biggie just irritating!

Dirty hot tub. Non heated pool. Had to PAY for daily parking

The pool was fun but not enough towels I liked the design on the bed. The front desk staff was friendly. The air conditioner worked but they need a sign saying the control panel is on the unit not the thermostat on the wall. Broken ice machine on 2nd

There was not enough towels and they were stained The phone didn't work You couldn't stay connected on the wifi The cleaning staff blew me off because they can't understand English The breakfast eggs were tasteless You couldn't watch your apps on tv

My daughter had ankle surgery the day we stayed and the woman who checked us in was wonderful! She made sure we had a room directly outside the elevator to make it easier. Excellent service.

The room was very clean, but the beds were not that comfortable.

The location would be good for a Red Rocks concert. Room was spacious and clean.

We ended up skipping breakfast because there were so many people in the small breakfast area. We did go down later than usual. The hotel common areas were not as clean as we expect from Hampton Inns but we chalk it up to lack of help. Room was clean.

Very clean nice hotel. Staff is amazing! hotel employee was fantastic and addressed any concerns we had.

Comfortable bed and pillows. A desk with comfortable chair to eat and work. The sofa had a small table which was perfect for a laptop and to eat while watching tv. Plenty of hot water in shower. Easy check in and parking. Great price. Hot oatmeal with

Loved the breakfast and overall condition was good.

I was charged $8 for parking and did not even have a car as I got a ride to hotel. They did not tell me there would be a charge for parking and received a bill later for $8

Rooms were not made up and fresh towels delivered. Had to ask to clean the room and give us fresh towels

Carpet stain from pets. Not mine. Which was a great experience over all. Carpet squares should have been changed out.
