Breakfast they were constantly out of something. Toaster was broken on one side and a lady said it was that way a year ago.

Staff was great, rooms were ok. Great location.

Would not recommend at all. Our first room we received stunk like feet. Thankfully they gave us another room. It was a little better. The whole hotel in general was dirty. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I booked this place to have a quiet place to work while in town & the wifi was so poor I had to go to the public library to work instead. I ended up leaving a night early because I had to have a quiet place for work calls.

Location: it's in the heart of Golden and close to everything. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options. It has a nice outdoor pool and exercise center.

The WiFi was horrible.

The lobby and breakfast was nice. The daytime staff was very courteous and helpful

The location- it was right by the highway so at night you heard all the traffic. The night staff was not helpful.

We have always had good luck with Best Western Hotels. This hotel was definitely not up to the standards that we were are used to. The room had a very musty, dirty smell to it. It was not clean. We were very disappointed and did not stay our next night.

The hotel is in a great location, close to hwy, shops, hiking trails. Great price, friendly staff and very clean.

Although the room were clean, they could use a bit of an upgrade. WiFi was very spotty.

There was a water break when we arrived and it took several hours to fix. I feel we should have been given a discount for not being able to use my bathroom. Also, the towels desperately need replacing.

The breakfast offered was subpar. The hours were 6-9. We got there at 8:30 and most everything was gone or had gotten cold. There was limited restocking of items, even though numerous people arrived after us.

The close proximity to the venues we were attending. The staff was kind.

It was very dirty and smelled bad. There is mold and a strong, overpowering stench in the hallways,gym and elevator. Like a dead animal rotting in the wall. There are questionable guests who seem like residents that appear to be drug addicts? Super noisy

Clean and quiet. Staff were professional and friendly.

This hotel had the WORST internet I've experienced while traveling.

hot tub was broken, tv was not working, tub drain was broken, hot chocolate machine was broken. When we found out about the hot tub, we asked if we could be refunded before we checked in. The manager, was rude and declined our request.

Loved the location was pretty close to everything parking wasn¿t to bad the room had a decent layout and a nice hot tub

The water was cold in the shower door had 3 in gap on the bottom needed a towel to cover gap door was hard to shut

Your hotel is so unsafe your own front desk worker stated she would never have her own children there and yet you guys refuse to refund my money when I never even checked in because of the safety concerns!? Do not book this hotel you will regret it!!

Great location for on and off the highway.

The internet did not hook up when we were there. And the tv was rather disfunctional as well

The elevator was across from my door, I was recovering from surgery's. Unfortunately, the elevator stopped working. I was on the 3rd floor. My recovery was jeopardized, I was in tremendous pain being forced to use the stairs.

Being forced to use the stairs jeopardizing my surgery recovery. The pain was incredible.
