Origin Hotel Red Rocks

Staff was friendly.

I did not like that the furniture was broken, and the surcharged price for the advertisements of convenience and a shuttle to Red Rocks Ampitheater was not worth it.

Great location, clean, lovely aesthetic.

The bed and the pillows were terrible. The pillows were huge and very uncomfortable. The bed was rock hard and was very difficult to sleep on. Also, the furniture showed obvious signs of wear, missing and peeling paint.

Pee on the toilet seat of our room. Pillows and beds were awful. Restauraunt was disappointing.

Location to Red Rocks is great and it?s on a shuttle stop, and it?s not just another cookie cutter generic chain hotel.

Bed and pillows are very uncomfortable, furnishings are worn, and hot water system broke when we were there so no hot water.

Pillows! Worst ever!!!! Should have thinner choices. Literally slept without a pillow because they were so bulky.

Being near the mountains

No drawers, we had to ask for more coffee and clean towels manually each day as well as trash to be emptied. After asking a few times one day it still was not done.

The housekeeping didn't refill the shower gel & left 4 towels for 7 ppl. When I called, they refused to answer, making the front desk take care o it, then didn't bring soap like they were supposed to with the towels and rushed off b4 we noticed

Beds were uncomfortable for how expensive the rooms are, don?t clean your room daily unless you ask (but don?t tell you that you need to ask), all the amenities for the hotel like the shuttle to red rocks come at an additional fee

There is no breakfast pickup, bar doesnt answer in the morning

Cleanliness of room, and hotel overall. Damaged furniture, and worn out items around room.

I chose this hotel for the proximity to Red Rocks and because I thought they offered a complimentary shuttle service to the show. I also thought I could meet people before the show.

My room wasn't ready when they said it would be and I had to complain to get them to get me into my room so I could get ready for the concert in time. Beds sunk in a lot, kinda lumpy and the pillows were too high. Tacos SUCKED. How do you mess up tacos?

The rooms are nice, the hotel environment is hip and clean.

I was charged five times for my room. I ended up paying twice for the night I stayed. Im having to challenge the charge with my bank. I tried to work it out with the front desk but I was hung up on by hotel employee who had lied about the situation.
