- The hallway stunk like babies and poop, the carpets in the hallway and my room were very dirty. Furniture in my room was dirty with stains. There was no tv remote. The bathroom smelled like smoke
- Receptionist should be smiling and be polite to the traveler! We had to wait more than an hour for the room to be ready although we arrived around 5:00 in the evening
- The sliding door for the bathroom came off the stop very frequently.
