Super 8 by Wyndham Upland Ontario CA

Not much. Location right off the freeway was about it.

Room was dirty and had cockroaches. Furniture needed repair. The chair that was in the room was completely tearing apart, we didn't even want it in our room, told the staff, and wheeled it out by the garbage. No replacement was offered.

Very nice office staff

The entire room. Air was ineffective and the room was a sauna - there were holes in the wall, dirt on the floors and the bedding was stiff and hard.

The rooms looked like they had an apt manager special, holes in the walls, dirty grout, roaches in the bathroom. First room had a badly painted stick behind the window & the tv didn’t work plus when lifting the bed I found trash and alcohol tops.

air conditioner is in good working condition

spent 3 nights and during my stay, the cleaning maid didn't stop to refill towels, toilet paper and coffee packets or change the bed sheets

Location & access to a number of business

The bed was not comfortable & the bathtub needs to be re-glazed. Bathtub floor was stained.

Cigarette burns in bedsheets, took forever to check in at window outside at 3pm in the heat, couples hours in, someone kept pounding at our door and window, had to csll the office to remove this person from outside this room. Avoid this place

Leaving

The environment was questionable with the smell of pot, the covers had cigarette burns which was non smoking room, the wax ring on the toilet needed to be replaced because when you flushed water would leak into the floor.

Location

The rooms location was out of site making it easy to get robbed or worse. There were sketchy people hanging around and I also had a room with a huge hole in the ceiling. A hole the size of a xxl pizza box. The sheets were dirty as well.

Bed was comfortable, but the shower leaked and very old

The shower needs to be deeply cleaned or replaced. Leaky shower. Very noisy.

Absolutely nothing.

Where can I start? This roach Motel is so old and outdated I thought I was in the Twilight zone. Graffiti on the mirror, Dirt and stains everywhere, Sketchy people and drifters everywhere. All around horrible experience.

The worst Hotel I ever stayed at. Roaches, sketchy people, and a old dirty room too top it off.

The manager was helpful.

Room was dirty and staff didn¿t know what to do. They were rude to me and I ended up getting a refund for 2 of the nights when the manager came in the next day.

I didn¿t the shower was nasty; The room had/gas bed bugs-I came home to them all in my clothing; on my skin and in my clothing-I just had to bomb my house!.

Everything. It wasn¿t a pleasant experience

Booked room when I entered an overwhelming cleaning product smell I gagged and coughed. Redemption told me the motel was booked and when I asked for a refund she offered another room same awful smell but I stayed due to no other place to stay.

Low price and close to my destination.

Very dirty. No ice bucket, bed had horrible, small pillows and thin sheets. Food on floor that was never cleaned up. I understand that for the price I pay, I am not expecting luxury, but this one was pretty bad.

The clerk charge me $55 extra for an upgrade. He tell me that it has to be cash and he didn¿t gave me a receipt. Once I ask for receipt he said that if I don¿t like it I can go some were else. It was late so I have to stay and paid the extra $55 cash.

Absolutely nothing

Room stunk like cigarette, bathtub was horrifically disgust, bathroom floor was gross, all the fixtures were so old and rusted. Room 230 was nothing compared to the online pictures

The room was dirty hadn¿t been cleaned the bed was visibly slept in. It was very loud, people slamming doors all night. Left the first night and didn¿t come back had to pay for a new room and they wouldn¿t give me a refund.

I got a two double bed room. When you open the door, the corner of the bed was inches from the door; you have to close the door to get through. The towels were paper thin and full of lent.
