SureStay Plus by Best Western Upland Ontario North

Great location, nice room

no room sewrvice

The room was incredible with so much space available. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the set up. Bathroom was super nice and clean as well as the room. Wish i could of been there since day 1 of our trip.

remodeled rooms

cleanliness of room could be better (e.g., smelly pillow)

Location, Staff was friendly and room was clean.

Unclean towels in the bathroom with someone else’s make up stains on them. Gap under the door was huge

Nice remodeled and spacious rooms

Due to noise issues, we had to move 2 times to finally get a quiet room so we got horrible sleep. Also the owners leave all lights on & set the temperature to 60 degrees in empty units ALL the time. It?s a disgusting waste of energy.

Hotel rooms were clean

Woman who was at front desk checking people in was rude and incompetent. I found out after the fact she was the housekeeping manager not even a front desk worker. Zero customer service skills

This is not a 2.5 property! The on-line pictures look nothing like the property in person. My wife would NOT stay at the property due to safety concerns. We tried to get our money back but we were not successful. NEVER stayed at this hotel not worth it!

Shower

Yes bed very cheap and sunk in the middle. Hotel guests drunk running through parking lot till 2am. Bangi g on other guest vehicles. Nothing done. Complaints by many and nothing done . So noisy upstairs and outside . Never stay there again

Beautiful room very clean, breakfast room everything very well taken care of. add below: we both are very allergic to Cigarettes' we were feeling awful when we woke up.

It wasn't the hotels fault. It was the person/persons that stayed in the room before us made it really difficult for us because you could tell they had been smoking in the the room. They even burned the furniture in 2 places in living room also in bthrm.

Room was cheap and clean

Police are always in the motel parking area

I like the place it¿s clean but those bed need to be change too noisy

The bed is too noisy

Extremely clean. Excellent positive staff from front desk to kitchen to cleaning. Parking is behind gates. Newly remodeled. Good standard breakfast.

Thin walls: heard gentleman snoring in room next door. Needed ear plugs in order to sleep. No security latch on room door.

I was a little skeptical before I arrived at the SureStay Best Western in Upland, CA, but the staff, this way cool Brother greeted & treated me like a good friend as soon as I walked in. We chopped it up for a bit, then he housed me in the best room ever

super close to the mountains, that was the main reason. good price, good location close to shops and food places if you need anything.

location.

Everything. The room was decorated in 1960 Good Will furniture. Tube television. The carpet was torn and dirty. There was a hole in the bedroom wall that looked like someone had punched it. The parking lot and grounds were filthy. Expected better in Uplan

We reserve a non-smoking room. However, we got a room with smoking first. Then we have to ask to change another one.

No internet and no computer.

The hot tub and pool were clean

The room smell like mildew there were still here on the floor in the bathroom the carpet was soaking wet asked the staff to change her room did not get back to us to a day later by then it was too late

Very friendly staff

The room had mold in the bathroom and the bathroom door would get stuck shut

The pictures & description tell a different story then the reality of this lovely spot. Wouldn't recommend it, it's in the ghetto & the neighborhood is very drawn to the property. Felt like I had to constantly watch over my shoulder.
