The amenitites, location, and cleanliness were top notch.

The hotel had a protest outside of it on the last night of my stay. I asked hotel staff if they'd call the police. Nothing. It went on for 8hrs through the night. No sleep.

was really bad first room had dead and live bugs was dirty and the bed was horrible. Second room was also dirty ac was not working room was so hummid and carpet was moist and room smelled so musty. staff was also pretty below avg. def won't ever return

Location and pricing

I reported the iron would trip the main breaker in the room whenever it was plugged into any outlet. Front desk said engineering would look into the problem, they never did. I shown up at my meetings with clothes not looking prepared nor profession

Great hotel, great staff.

The pet fee is RIDICULOUS, I paid more in Pet fees and parking than I did the hotel. My dog was kept in a crate.

Very nice and clean. Staff at the front desk was super nice. Great customer service. Love that there’s a full kitchenette and made ice and offered a wine bottle opener!

I liked the grab and go bags but just wished it had at least a little bottle of water.

The staff was friendly and helpful

Dirty - it appears as if Marriott is using the pandemic as an excuse to not keep things in tip-top shape - the floor I stayed on had the dirtiest carpets I've ever come across and mismatched towels in the bathroom.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean. Management is really great at this location.

There is nothing I didn’t like at this hotel

Rude clerk , noise room, very bad room location facing a wall. No breakfast and hotel website never mentioned.

Fantastic stay. Great room, great staff, awesome breakfast. Will definitely stay there again. Residence is on my map. Bye, bye Doubletree. The Inn is in. You guys rock.

Clean, roomy and new.

That's a difficult question. The people were outstanding in making me feel that I was important - they were courteous and cheerful. The facility was immaculate and well maintained inside and out. The amenities were exceptional.

I wish that I could provide you a list of opportunities for improvement, but honestly, I can't. I could not have had a better experience than the one I had while staying at the Fairfield Suites in Tustin.

New and clean hotel

Rooms facing highway is quite noisy

breakfast was awesome: waffles, eggs, potatoes, meat, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt and toppings, breads, muffins, fruit,all sorts of drinks. The room was huge, with a nice, stocked kitchenette I wish we had more time to actually spend in it.

We stayed here for our trip to Disneyland. Breakfast on the weekends is from 7-10. Disney Parks open at 8, there's not much time to eat breakfast and head to the parks for opening.

Wow. 2nd stay here and we would definitely stay again. Love the wine reception in the evening and the full breakfast in the morning! Great for travelers and business people alike. The rooms are contemporary and so relaxing!
