Lemon Heights Inn

I paid for a room with 2 beds but was only given a room with 1 bed . They said the e mail they received from you guys only stated 1 bed. I showed them my reservation that clearly stated 1 beds. Nobody including your customer service was able to fix this

Drug users in back of hotel hanging out smoking weed , too many vagrants walking around all hours

It was clean and comfortable. The staff was the best ¿¿¿¿

They don't serve breakfast or even coffee and most places do.

The hotel was conveniently located by the location I needed to be near.

Photos didn't match the room we got at all. The hotel had residents living there, not just visitors. It was a very noisy & you could hear people in the corridor. The first night there was a woman banging on the door next to our room looking for her man.

Right off frwy and had a fridge in room

They don't have proper staff. When 9 got there to check in, the employee was on dinner break.... insat in my car for 15 minutes amd then stood at the counter another 10, because other people came in after me and I wanted to be helped first....

There was a threat of a suspicious drug addict roaming around the parking lot next to our car with a sharp object, as viewed from the window of our hotel room. We called security to check it out and no response from them whatsoever.

We wanted to extend our stay for one night and were denied at first. No reason was given out. When we asked what was the reasonWe were t accused we had a dog when in fact there was no dog. They should have explained this first before accusing us.

Parking and room was clean. The Room Key was not working properly. Other than that it was Good and safe for me to stay here . Their security was good 7/24 everyday.

Room Key was not working good. And their Desk Clerk was helping me and I like that.

TV cannot turn on "no signal" have to turn the volume from 100 down to 20 then hit "channel" up or down 2 or 3 times- no chanel listing, then you have tv.1 queen and 1 twin bed. Room not cleaned 1 day.Fridge turned up from coldest to warmest 2 days

The price and check-in were perfectly suited to our needs.

The hotel is run-down and not well maintained. Efforts have been made, but it's clear that more money should be invested in maintenance for this hotel or it will continue in this death spiral. Walls, door frames, and doors all need paint and attention.

I didn't like anything about this room.

The vomit in the bushes outside my room. I felt unsafe in this location. I felt that my car was unsafe in the parking lot. So I left and ended up paying more than 3 times as much at the Hyatt. A refund would be appropriate.

Nothing my accounts where hacked and double charged my credit cards staff denied it even the ip address of the hacker was near the managements office

No drug deals happening and herd children screaming as well in one of the rooms.

They are remodeling the rooms and I got one to stay in. They have also hired a security person who chased all the people who didn't belong there. The staff is great

Could use some updating & the bathroom sink had very little water pressure

I like that for the price they provide mini fridge and microwave and it is conveniently located and the staff is helpful and responsive and room maintenance is provided upon request.

I am a bit biased. I grew up in this town and worked directly across from this hotel back in 1975 when the restaurant was "LOVES". It was convenient for me at this time. Traffic has become worse since I have not been here in over 30 years.

A bit in dis-repair. Although quiet, I found very comfortable in regard to stay. I would recommend if prospectus travelers would basically forgive this,(opinion), minor issue....Phil/DOC

Absolutely nothing. Place was gross and didn¿t stay and was charged anyway

Floors and carpet were sticky Rooms smelt like cigarettes but was non smoking staff was rude.
