Worst room I have ever stayed in. Completely filthy and disgusting. Shower clogged with other peoples hair. Stained and dirty carpet. Dust everywhere. TV remote didn¿t work. AC very loud and filter dirty. They kept my $200 deposit for 3 weeks and RUDE!!!!

    The location

It was very dirty. The registation wrong was filthy when I signed in. The stairway needed sweeping. The doors and walls needed to be wiped. The room smelled of old BO. The carpet needed a deep cleaning.

Close to Sequoia National Park and cheap

Website claims pool, laundry service, and breakfast which must be located at their sister hotel. We were not given any information about it. But if you're looking for a cheap bed and shower this place is not so bad

The only best thing about this place is the it’s proximity to the entrance to Sequoia national park, which was the reason we visited

The room was untidy, had a couch that was unusable, and did not have hand soap nor a towel.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The cabin was a bit rustic and could use some updating/carpet cleaning but it was spacious and cozy for our family.

The cabin was lacking towels in the kitchen and trash bins in the bathrooms.

I RESERVED MY 3 DAY STAY ON A CC BUT WANTED TO PAY CASH ON ARRIVAL. WHEN I CHECKED IN THE ENTIRE AMOUNT HAD BEEN CHARGED ON MY CARD. WHY CAN'T YOU WAIT UNTIL THE SECOND DAY AND GIVE YOUR CLIENT THE OPTION OF PAYING IN CASH, USING ANOTHER CARD ETC.???

NO TV THE 3RD NIGHT AS THE MANAGER SAID IT GOES IN AND OUT SOMETIMES, wE COULD NOT GET ENOUGH OF A WI FI CONNECTION TO WATCH A MOVIE ON i PAD.

It's the first set of motels right outside the gate at the Sequoia National Forest Park. Check-in was super easy. The room was nice. The A/C heat worked really well.

Being right outside the gate, we had no idea that there was a whole town of Three Rivers and we basically starved the first night. Don't forget to head to the Ol' Buckaroo for dinner...and breakfast...and lunch. No tub, only small shower at motel.

The location was great. Very close to the park entrance. Very clean grounds. Motel had two restaurants but I did not eat at either. No comment for them. Small store with mostly snacks and microwave food. The prices were not bad. The room did have a refrig

No microwave in the room. The lobby had a public one to use. I did use it and ate at the tables outside. Not bad but would have liked a room one.

    The location was excellent

This hotel was not what I expected for a three rating. I was very disappointed. The room was not clean, and their were no glasses provided. There was a very old coffee pot provided plus sugar and creamer, but no coffee. it should not have received 3 stars

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-11-2015

Perfect location! Staff allowed us to arrive late without a problem.

The room was a little pricey for a roadside motel.

    9KatherinePosted on: 5-28-2015

The owners were very nice and lived on site. The room next to us was being really loud late at night and the owner came up to quiet them down. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had everything needed for a stay including air conditioning!

The rooms looked a little dated, but not a big deal.

Very nice owners. Good references to other establishments. Location.

Some worn aspects to the room.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-13-2015

Microwave and fridge was nice to have to warm up leftovers. Nice to be next to store and place to eat next door.

    9Verified guestPosted on: 9-20-2025

    Staff was very accommodating

The air conditioner was so dusty and dirty it was making my allergies bad.
