    Pros +

    • Price, location, great rooms, quiet
    • It?s proximity to the Sequoia National Park.
    • The location was the only thing going for this place

    Cons -

    • The breakfast was just disgusting: instant diabetes. The only option not loaded with sugars was a banana. The coffee was disgusting. The options are a toast, sugar oats, sugar cereal, extra sugar $1 pastry, bananas. And on top of that it stops at 9am!
    • The room that I got was really old and the tv didn?t work and I tell about that problem and the guy just told me sorry and the room it wasn?t safe I went out for diner and when I came back the door was open and two guys was out drinking beer i feltunsafe
    • Pretty much everything. Room was not ready at the check in time, lobby was smelly and under construction, pool was unavailable and under construction, receptionist was rude, pictures advertised online looked nothing like the lodge in person.

It was dirty, uncared for, pool was broken and had been for a while, breakfast was awful and inedible, bugs everywhere. Will never stay there again and would not recommend anyone stay there

The location was the only thing going for this place

The was a bug in our bed, the sheets had hair in them, the floor was greasy, the mattress pad was stained, we weren't notified the lodge was under construction.

    Location is good.

The airconditioner is extremely noisy. Breakfast is very basic.

Really good location. Three rivers is a stringy town so its not "next to" anything but neither is anything else. Proximity to Sequoia National Park is its selling point and it delivers on that. That's the best thing about this hotel. Wifi was nice too.

High price for a old motel. The room was newish and clean but felt sterile, no carpet, no pictures on the wall. Didn't really match the pictures. I think they're still renovating. Its an old motel outside a national park, its what you expect.

I drove all tye way to the hotel and was told that they canceled my room because my card was declined There was nothing wrong with my card and it was valid. They sent an email the night before but I did not have signal.

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-28-2023

The experience was bad, they have bad insulation on rooms so you can hear everything your next door neighbor is doing, they havea construction project going on still at almost 10.00pm, internet is bad, tv service is bad, room smells like strong chemicals

I didn't like any of my experience there, the loud neighbor, the strong smell that is not good at all for asthma or allergies, not a good place to rest

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-26-2023

It was an older dated hotel, it was clean but you could see that the owner is slowly remodeling the property.

It was just as advertised for the star rating

    Near Sequoia NP. Quiet.

    Minimal breakfast served.

Comfortable bed and good location near sequoia national park

Very overpriced for what we received. Sockets hanging out the wall, broken doors to the balcony and no lock on the door just a pole to stop the door being opened. But the cockroaches in the bathroom was the worst thing about it.

Great location and good value for the money. The staff was very helpful.

Their Ice machine was out but they did provide a bag of ice and thankful for that.

    3Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-13-2022

Location was great. Pool was nice.

A blind was broken so we had to use clothing over window to block light and people seeing in. We had ants in the bathroom all the time. TV didn't work the only time I wanted to watch a football game. Owner could not fix it.

    Close to Sequoia

Felt like a bad motel. Pool was never clean, room was small, no soap or shampoo until house cleaning came the second day

    6WilmaPosted on: 6-18-2022

    Pool and breakfast

Fruit flies in the room, and no soap or hairdryer

    1RobertPosted on: 6-11-2022

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. The penthouse suite was a reck.the sliding doors into the bathroom were off the tracks and wouldn't close. The room has a 10' sliding door and only 7' of curtain. The windows were dirty. The hole suite was dirty.

The hole experience was a disaster. The kitchen utensils were old an dirty,a match of fork and spoons I would not use for my dogs food.the bathroom was shardwith both bedrooms and would not close or lock.the hole experience was very disappointing.

    3Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-11-2022

The night attendant was accommodating as we checked in late.

The room was not clean. The floors were very dirty, the hide-a-bed had lots of dust, hair and filth around/under it. The blankets and sheets looked as if they had not been changed before our arrival. They had stains and hairs on them. Would not stay again

    1MoniquePosted on: 5-19-2022

    Location

The place had so many bugs in the room that we didn¿t end up staying the night. Ended up booking another hotel.

    1LydiaPosted on: 5-12-2022

None except the location being near the Sequoia National Park.

The hotel receptionist guy , was rude and dirty, can¿t even comb his hair and he smells. The room was dirty, I had to sanitize everything, the paint in the bathroom was peeling off and there were molds in the bathroom. This is the worst.
