Kiota Inn & Event Center Sutter Creek, an Ascend Collection Hotel

It was quiet and area was beautiful.

Parts of the hotel are under construction.

Hotel is loud, its a very echoy hotel, you can hear everything even the ladies just talking at the front desk. Almost like the hotel needs more decor to absorb sound.

The facilities are fairly new. The hotel is being renovated so it's a bit dusty in the hallways. It was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is being renovated. The room we had was clean and overall it was nicely decorated. It looked like it had just been refurbished. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Because the hotel was being refurbished, there were where doors open to the back parking, which left us a little concerned about safety, anyone could enter at anytime of the day and night. The Wifi and internet went down for all a day.

The staff are amazing and wonderful

The breakfast was a pastry and coffee! No restaurant or Bar as advertised. When that is in place it will be amazing!

We enjoyed all of the remodeling of the hotel. The people at the desk and the people who clean were very kind. Excellent! We have been there a number of years.It is a lovely area.

On the outskirts of town but only minutes away from the action-food entertainment,shops, etc..

Unaware the hotel grounds and lobby were under construction. Continental breakfast lacked basics like juice and hot water. Unable to use the entire hotel only room. They charge an incidental hold on your credit card. It should be called a security hold.

The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

It is under construction but they didn¿t tell us when we booked. So there is no Lobby and you have to go through the basement towards the back to check in and check in or enter and leave. The staff checking us in was very rude and unfriendly.

This hotel has undergone extensive remodeling, however, it is literally in the middle of the process. The room is nice (a few flaws, but mostly nice). The hallways were vold.

Everything was torn up, no lobby, no breakfast. May have been smarter to relocate check in and breakfast area for the time being. The front was taped off and under construction. Had to find the entrance. Looked closed.

No microwave, and a meager continental breakfast. Under construction, winter storms made parking a challenge. All should be better in a couple of months. Will be a really nice place to stay soon

Hotel is under construction so parking and noise were noted. Workers were smoking in the work areas and smoke carried into the hotel.

The Inn was very close to our destination. Our room was brand new and very clean. The price is inexpensive. Their employee Rita, was very friendly and positive! You also can take your pets!

There was no mention of construction on the Inn. However, the entire Inn is under construction. The front of the inn is boarded up and looks abandoned. It will be nice when they finish.

It was amazing everything seemed brand new. The construction started early. I had beef warned so it was no big deal. Was fun to hava all new room.

The bed was incredibly comfortable!

The ammount of construction going on is insane. Parking was awful the first 2 nights. There are no blackout curtains so the light just shines in the room at night. The blinds were broken at the bottom. The the morning staff need to check her RBF.

Rooms are renovated and modern. The staff were professional and polite.

The hotel is undergoing MAJOR remodeling and there was no indication of that anywhere on their website. Our continental breakfast was in a room with construction debris, filing cabinets, a table full of insect spray, WD 40, etc.
