Close to stores and restaurants

Front desk had some issues getting me checked in so I had to wait a while for it to get rectified

I was waiting to check in for 25mins there was no one at the front desk

Very nice property. Love having a full size kitchen in every room. The bed size was limited to a queen, which is okay, I just love a king sized bed! Breakfast was a continental plus as they had a waffle maker and party sausages and poached eggs.

The TV is set up at an awkward angle from the bed. The sofa is also a bed, but I'm a person who has to watch tv to sleep. Very petty quibbles. This is a very nice property. Definately book if your worried about a nice clean room. This will impress you.

The kitchen had everything we needed,it was very clean, and breakfast was great.

Sound attenuation from room to room is significantly lacking. We had to be relocated after two days. But could still hear convesations and noises from adjoining rooms. The mattreses are old and lumpy.

Good location, good price, excellent staff-very friendly, very courteous, very responsive, overall very enjoyable stay. Everyone from the cleaning staff to the front desk to management were excellent. Everything was in working order.

The pull out couch was not as comfortable but then again it is a couch. I did not expect it to be plush.

It is centrally located to shopping and night life easy cab ride.

It a nice room with kitchenette. The laundry area was nice. It was very convenient for my commute.

Room is clean, well-furnished, decorated, and comfortable.

Staff members are not communicating with each other about customer's info (check-out) resulting in unnecessary calls to customer. Noisy cleaning staff, making thumping noises while cleaning.

The room was excellent. Large, with stove and refig and just a really nice room. Internet was strong and the overall experience was very good.

Location is near a main highway, but so-so for access to walking distance to eating. But, not a big problem as the hotel is very very good.

Check in took 45 minutes was not very easy due to errors on their part. Very frustrating not easy at all.

Everything... The hospitality and amenities that the hotel provides for its guest is incredible and noteworthy. The staff is awesome and professional they have a way of making each individual feel accommodated and more than satisfied.

My family and I could not have asked for a better host! Rita, and her staff are wonderful people. She and the staff went out of their way to ensure that we were taken care of. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for being there for us that night that we needed them. They were extremely accommodating to us. Unfortunately, we needed a house to accomodate all of my family or else I would not have hesitated to stay for the remainder of my stay in San Jose.
