Hyatt House San Jose Airport

We had multiple issues at this location. The room not being ready at 3pm, no parking for overnight, the kitchen drain was backed up and would take a long time to drain, the fridge didnt temp right, at checkout the elevators went down and we were stuck.

There was blood stains on the floor or atleast a big stain that looked like blood on the floor , sun blocker curtains had huge stains on them ¿ it was highly disgusting

They don¿t accommodate any requests rather you deal with it yourself staff doesn¿t care about guests

Location to airport, excess to freeway ,kitchenette

Appears possible mold in shower when wet, if not corners and sides dirty

The hotel was Modern and clean. The rooms were really nice and spacious and the decor was nuce. It was just across the street from the airport.

They advertised a shuttle to the airport and they did not have one. People at the desk at check-in as well as people the next morning or not helpful as far as finding transportation to the airport. They definitely did not go that extra mile for any reason

Could hear traffic from freeway. Perhaps quieter rooms are available.

The $10 parking fee is inconvenient absolutely for no reason.. the second night the room across from me there was a party hardly got any. sleep

I stayed at this hotel for an extended periods of time due to being evacuated from the Santa Cruz Mtns fire. The hotel met my needs in all areas. The size of the rooms are substantial and the amenities are great for longer stays. Staff was awesome!

There doesn't seem to be a need to charge an additional fee for parking as there's plenty of it and it's not in the middle of the city. I would rather the rate be slightly higher than to have the separate fee as it makes me feel nickle-and-dimed.

The hotel room made me feel at home. It had a comfortable bed,great shower, nice little kitchen with dishes included in case I wanted to cook. I would definitely recommend you stay here!

A good Cost/Benefit. I like the space of the room and location.

It was VERY sad to have to pay for parking, a very expensive parking fee.

Loved the attentiveness, customer service, good communication and accomodations. Good continental breakfast. Good location and walkable for restaurants, bars, and convenience store's.

I was put in a room that the AC wasn't working, but they moved my dog and I to a room with working AC.

Staff was quite friendly and helpful.Has breakfast available with good options

Hotel may consider adding a proper restaurant for dinner

Run away from this Hyatt.

They double charged us because the receptionist that time couldnt see in the system the payment made on booking.com. When we tried to resolve the issue, the staffs were very unprofessional that they were just trying to throw us to the booking.com without even trying to check in their system. Very rude and just thinking about the profit. The room was not ready, there were no blankets and sheet cover for the sofa bed. Run away from this Hyatt.
