Homewood Suites by Hilton San Jose Santa Clara

Loved the size of the room, full size refrigerator, and hot breakfast every day.

Clean room and great staff. Breakfast was good as well

Easy to get to right off the freeway. Love the small town of Alviso.

I was a lil upset the detachable shower head was spraying water everywhere. I also cold not get water to turn off when I was done showering. Other than that. I truly enjoyed my stay and that breakfast spread was worth it . Ill definitely be staying again

Location and cleanliness

Staff was nice, but at night sometimes they would not answer your call if you need something.

Hotel was located conveniently but right on highway and close to many areas in the Bay Area. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Very clean and fresh hotel. Neat courtyard area with pool and outside chairs/dining area. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

$15/day parking is entirely unnecessary. It's just a typical parking lot.

Staff was very friendly and rooms were very clean.

No extra rolls of toilet paper and in one of our rooms, the toilet bowl was moving when you use it. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast is absolutely the best I've ever had at a hotel!!

The charge for overnight parking was not expected nor was it listed. It didn't make sense that they would charge a fee as the hotel is away from any other business and there is ample parking.

I've stayed several times. Each time has been a great experience. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast is always great. Employees are always very friendly and the price just can't be beat!

Love everything

it was pretty clean, breakfast was good.

I wish I would have never picked this hotel. Do you give refunds?? the bed did not fit on the frame correctly and it moved around on frame very easily. also at 2am the fire alarm went off with no direction what to do leave? pack up? zero communication!!!

Everything

Doors inside the room (i.e. bedroom and bathroom) would not lock. No Oven or Full Stove. No Netflix/Youtube on TV

The pool area and the fireplace

Yes I requested bedding a couple of time and then had to get it myself

Clean quiet and the staff was great

I was not aware of the additional hundred and $50 they took out of my account and still have not received it back yet. The people who are staying above us heavy feet should have complained but I didn't

Staff

Loud bathroom. No blinds. Dark TV. No trashcan linings. Dishes not put away. Did I mention how loud the bathroom was?

The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were very friendly. The hotel was very conveniently located

I came to the location from out of state for vacation. It was not explained to me that housekeeping services would not be performed at least every other day. I didn't pay for a vacation location to have to change my bed linens etc.

First I'd love to give credit to , the front desk host. My CC did not clear for a deposit and I was able to book my room with a cash deposit. I burned my pizza and the smoke detector went off, she brought me another to my room. BEST HOTEL EVER!

I have nothing bad to say. they gave me a late check out. they have breakfast until 10am. This is a Fantastic Hotel.

I loved how clean and spacious it was. The staff was so helpful and absolutely generous when it came to any questions I had.

Clean, newer property with friendly and helpful employees. Comfortable beds and great water pressure in the shower.

I felt safe there. It seemed pretty new.

Not enough food was out at 9:30 on Sunday morning.

My reserved room type was not available at check in. My room was downgraded with no reason. Baby crip was delivered without bedding and staff was not able to assemble the crip so it was no use after all. Breakfast was very disappointing too.

Nice, clean and modern
