Price & Lady who checked me in was super nice!

Bathroom floor smelled like rotten mop. Carpet had numerous ugly stains. Tiny Breakfast room, no gf food. Ladies of the night leaving in morning

This place is a steal. Friendly staff, clean hotel, amenities like fitness center. Low price.

Cant complain really about anything here.

The hotel was clean and up to date. The room was clean and comfortable. They had a full breakfast with good variety. I would recommend this hotel for any travellers.

Everything was positive about this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Anything we needed they were on top of it. Even the night staff. Having a hot breakfast and clean room.

The coffee maker breaking down and having to wait to have coffee brewed. I wish there was more variety to the breakfast selection. It was the same meal every morning. Also, though it is listed there's no shuttle to and from the airport.

We especially enjoyed meeting employee who was working behind the desk. She was informative, helpful with a sparkling personality.

To begin with SeCOND time No Shuttle Service Provided. Will NOT buy the idea of being Busy. That¿s a common excuse. Phone not being attended even customer care tried reaching No response. Had to do UBER. As I said earlier Second time Can¿t be co incident.

That it was very clean the staff was really great i didnt get to get her name but i had a horrible experience at another hotel came to this one around 1130 she was very helpful understanding and got me right into my room no problem at all loved it

Just that there isnt a pool or spa but not really a major problem

It was an okay hotel. Is a little difficult to get to,only one way in.

Bathtub extremely dirty and clogged sink. Musty smell and hotness coming from bathroom. Previous stay staff gave us a key to a room that was occupied and person was inside while we were trying to open the door

I had to beg the night clerk to open the front door as your sprinklers were spraying me....isn't 1-3am not a better time to water than 5:30-6:30am when people are going to work? Location hard to get to as no turn-in from Montague

They do not have hotel shuttle service to the airport, but instead use a cab company. I had to wait 25 min to be picked up at the airport. It was very efficient leaving the next morning for the airport as can was ordered in advance

Proximity to airport was OK. Grassy area for pet relief.

Spartan beyond belief. Old. Looked grungy. Took about 20 minutes to get a shuttle to or from the airport, then a 15 minute ride. Computer system was down so check-in could not be completed until clerk went to see if room was occupied.

Comfortable Beds. Good Breakfast. Clean. Good shower.

Only one ice machine. Small bathroom vanity.

Somewhat small room. Sink area was right behind the entry door and very small. Lock on the window was broken. Only one cup in the room for coffee. They had a vending machine, but no place close to walk to for a real meal.
