Fairly clean and the location is amazing.
The room was quiet and clean with more than enough space.  The staff  are great. They were very attentive and helpful. I used the space to work from for 2 weeks while my house was being repaired and it worked out perfectly.

Cons -

Staff (depending) could be more mindful, and the room was much smaller then anticipated.
