- The hotel is very close to SAP center. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by. The lounge downstairs was very pleasant and the food and drinks were good.

- Chips in bathroom floor. Shower didn¿t have a full door so water went all over the floor. Parking fees are outrageous. Windows were very dirty.
- The parking garage that the hotel uses is owned by the city of San Jose. It charges you every time you leave, ($4-$ 20) You can choose the $35 a day option by the hotel, but you still have to pay the fee from the garage, and use the reciepts to offset
- I didn't love the immediate surroundings, and I really don't like laminate flooring- it's tacky. It looks nice in the photos, though. And the pool was closed, which was a bummer for the kids.

The breakfast was GREAT. The bed was also very comfortable.

Loved the hotel. The people were so friendly, and the facilities were so clean. The location was perfect. There were lots of great places within walking distance.

There was some huge party going on downstairs that made it way too loud.
Excellent location for SAP center events. Nice modern rooms. Nice bar and good menu other than indicated below.
Service in bar prior to concert was ridiculously slow. We waited 20 min for a glass of wine and an hour for 2 tapas. Other couples came in, ordered, were served and left before we got our food. Need more kitchen and wait staff on an "arena event" night

Staff was excellent and I really liked the fitness center. Enjoyable walk to the San Jose convention center.
Room was on the highway side of the building, so there was quite a bit of road noise. I got used to it, but that's something to consider when selecting your room.
Cheap parking, excellent room and amenities, better breakfast buffet than most, very friendly and helpful staff.
The Staff was very friendly and helpful . Gave me great recommendations for dinner..
When getting off the elevator I smelled a very strong odder of marijuana

A hotel should bear the cost of parking when someone is staying overnight no matter what. Telling me they don't cover this cost is just wrong; very very wrong.!! That's why my overall review is low.!!
The best smell when you walk in the door! The hotel has a minimalist feel. Its beautiful and clean.
