Very clean hotel. The bed was also very comfortable.

Breakfast was ok. No bacon and only Chorizo sausage patties. . Room was clean..

Bed was too soft. Almost like it was worn out. Pillows were terrible. NO HOT WATER in shower, barely warm. No card to explain channels, we had to turn on TV and hit guide and scroll through every channel to find the right one. The microfiber sheets are terrible! No extra roll of tp, when we got there there was not even a brand new roll on either tp holder. One was 1/2 of roll and the other was 3/4 For the cost of the room, we've had better bedding in a less expensive hotel. Better pillows too. When I called to reserve directly with hotel it was $568 compared to online for $400 (overpriced) for same amount of nights. He then said "Do you want to reserve or not?" What the heck?! This had to be the same man at the desk Saturday night. Personality of a rock.

Staff was great. Room was clean and quiet.

Pillows a little flat. But asked for more and staff was very nice.

No drinking water (bottle), shampoo, conditioner, soap were empty.

First off the facility is beautiful! Located right on the outskirts of the city with beautiful views all around. The staff was instantly friendly and understandable of our tiredness of being on the road all day and allowed us to check in one hour early. I accidentally booked the wrong room when I booked online and they accommodated my family and I to the correct and most comfortable room at no additional cost! Coffee and tea 24/7 and the breakfast was amazing! Clean and so delicious Jesus at the front desk was so kind, patient and accommodating

Clean, comfortable especially the bed and pillows are down. Staff was warm and and nice. Highly recommend!

Luke warm water in the shower, sand paper towel. Doors slamming starting at 4:30am, just rude people that cant hold the door and close it softly. Coffee was good but we did not have any breakfast,

Very clean

There was a party going on down the hall and the music was really loud. We could hear it clearly from the other end of the hall. I had to go to the front desk to have them ask to turn it down. The party was happening literally steps from the front desk. I guess they were just going to ignore the music til it ended?

Clean and easy parking close to my location. The staff was the best part. I arrived late at night, and the hotel experienced a power outage shortly before I arrived, but the staff was friendly to bring this to my attention and provided updates during my stay.

The location is far from any late night food options, but that’s not the properties fault, just a personal one.

The hotel had very spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a nice kitchenette. They have an incredibly friendly staff, a small but well-maintained workout facility, and the breakfast was above average.

Good location for our purpose. Spacious room. Decent breakfast buffet.

Pool is NOT heated. They will tell you that upon check in. I looked forward to a swim but water too cold. When brought up to management, he mentioned “where on the website does it say “heated”. O told him for $200/night and the level of the hotel, one would assume Its heated. Obviously if they feel compelled to inform upon check in, we are not the only ones that feel this way. While after some tense back and forth they did refund some money. What is interesting is their motto is “ not happy, we make it right ekes no charge” yet they don’t live by their motto!

The best stay!!!! Huge rooms Clean Friendly

I loved how big the rooms were and it had everything you need. I was amazed it had a huge refrigerator, micowave, coffee pot with all kinds of drinks hot chocolate, tea and yes coffee ☕. Room came equipped with dishes silverware can opener paper towels even included a dishwasher ?Bed were very comfortable and so was the sofa. My only complaint was I could not get hot water for my shower It was lukewarm perfect for my husband but for me I froze but the shower was very powerful and great for my husband who's 6'9

Breakfast. Minimal options and boring.

Location, brand new, spacious, good area for dogs. The front desk staff was so friendly, kind and understanding with what we needed. They accommodated us when in need.

The breakfast was not enough choices.
