Hilton Garden Inn San Jose Airport

The gentleman at the front desk was top notch. He sent the shuttle to come get us when we dropped off our rental car before we even called. Great customer service.

Really nice facility¿ nicely laid out engaging entry. Like the little store by front desk. Add more variety and more health conscious options. A little confusing as to whether any of it is free? The tea station? Also an excellent staff, very helpful

The rooms were great ¿ ¿ very nicely laid out. The one thing I noticed, was that the tile, and Tree gets filthy, and the entry right into the bathroom is kind of gnarly, because many people are wearing their shoes directly into that area after shower

The hotel was clean, conveniently located close to the airport, check-in process was completed quickly and professionally by courteous staff.

Yes the whole hotel is locked past 11 pm you have to call the front desk to get in. I was charged the wrong price.

Did not get the room I reserved. Instead of two queens, we got a king and a twin rollaway with no blanket.

The room was clean and spacious. Very accommodating for my family of 5. Front desk staff were extremely helpful especially when needing an extra trundle bed for my oldest daughter to sleep in!

I think they overcharged me.Talked to Zaldy, DOO.He said, it might be a deposit that hasn't hit yet, give it few days.I waited 19 days, nothing reversed.my booking with booking.com was for $706.19+296.18 total 1002.37They charged me a total of $1221.10Aprox. $200 I don't understand.I called couple times to talk to Zaldy, they said he was out.I gave up!

I liked the facilities in the hotel and the staff were friendly

I didn’t like the location. The area was dangerous and the hotel did have extra security but I did not like walking around the place.

We had an early flight so we weren’t able to take advantage of breakfast. Unsure if it is complementary or additional cost.

Although I see positive comments here regarding staff, we did not find the staff (front desk and bartender) to be very friendly…unlike other Hilton Garden Inns we have stayed at recently. We felt like we were “inconveniencing” them.

Has EV charger. But it was enforce so gas cars were parking in it so that EV cars could not charge

I liked how close it was to everything I needed.

To begin with the room smelled DISGUSTING. It had a horrendous order to it. The room was filthy. We found a contact lens and the backing to some earrings under the night stand. The internet sucks and if we wanted the premium we needed to pay extra. We booked a room with a bath tub and we got a walk in shower. We asked for help and they never came up to help us. So many things went wrong here.

The facility was clean

Bad communication and expectations and experience with the shuttle pick up from the airport or lack thereof. The front desk stated that I would be picked up once I picked up my luggage and they knew my arrival time was at 11pm but when I called for my ride I was told that they didn't operate a shuttle at that time.

Convince to the airport . Shuttle was very convenient. Bar and menu were very good

Nice room, good value

My one small complaint is that if you advertise as pet-friendly and you charge a $75 pet fee, there should be an outside pet relief area.

I like how clean, comfortable the room is. The receptionist Priscilla is very nice and friendly, totally a big welcome at the beginning. Room is set up on the Tv Screen Hello Chau, that's another good point and cool things which my kids mentioned it to me. Bathroom is nice,clean, water came out very good. Bed and pillows are just perfect for me. I normally don't sleep well at the hotel,but this one i had a great night.

If you guys provide a glass cup to use while brushing teeth it will be delightful. Also the voucher for free breakfast in the morning is really great,except for the young guy at the Reception and Check in-out area ,he's blurry at what he's saying to the customers. I noticed there's not only me,but another 3 guys said "I didn't know that" ,or had to ask him multiple time. He made us confused too.We did ask him ab the voucher, he explained lots which I understood that we can use it after all and it will be deducted. But then he gave us a Bill $56 I came and ask now can we use these ? He started to explain it's doesn't work or sth,and run the system and gave us another bill which is $0 . He's really not flexible and terrible at explaining in the most simplest way. I also asked if I leave tips here with him or on the table. He said leave it with him. So I wanna make sure the older man and others ear tips too( cuz the older man who's is cleaning around and greeting customers is really nice ) .

The bar and rest were closed for Labor Day and there was nothing open nearby
