I didn't like the location. It was like an alley. Then you get in the room and there's an Oder.. very old dated old lamps that don't work. I paid, but didn't stay the night. Went to a different hotel.

The location was convenient for us.

The room did not have a working heater and it was cold. The bathroom had a paper bathmat and the towels were very small and thin. The rug was dark and had holes where it had been burned. It was billed a 3star place but only deserved 1/2 star.

Who rated this as 3 stars. The soap was as thin as a cracker. There was not shampoo n conditioner. Had to ask for extra soap. The bath mat was a thin paper. The room was cluttered and smelly. Disgusting.

San Carlos inn hotel in redwood city,ca was the most horrible experience I ever had..after check in I had to check out after 2 hrs ,AMD the management would not want to refund my money . Old looking rooms ,loud interior AC units.VERY SHADY PEOPLE WORKIN

Did not like the cleaningles,the hotel staff is really shady ,liers ,and not polite at all .very rude

WiFi Internet is a joke. 11g router, with poor signal strengths .

The location of this hotel is excellent, easy walking distance to downtown San Carlos restaurants and bars. For the price point in the area, this room was acceptable for a short stay.

The room was very dark, it can use more light. They can provide better linens. It is definitely due for an upgrade. However, if they did upgrade, then their price would match the rest of the area.

Very nice location a very clean room and accommodations. The owners are very nice people who are friendly!

I wish them luck but this stay our bed was missing a sheet and it took a long time knocking on the door to get management's attention.

We drove to San Carlos to visit our children and grandchildren. We needed a place to sleep, shower, and read before bedtime. The Inn is simple, clean, and has a comfortable bed, a microwave (evening tea!) and fridge (morning juice.) We needed nothing more. We felt it was well cleaned before our arrival. I called at the last minute to see if we could cone a day earlier, increasing our stay to four nights, and there was no problem. We will stay here again.

Nothing. A disaster. Shocked San Carlos had such a broken down facility.
