Good Living Inn

The room was clean, you could tell the moment you entered that it had been cleaned and not just a quick wipe down either. I really liked the Dove items in the bathroom (soap, lotion, shampoo, etc.), nice touch. The breakfast choices were excellent!

The morning staff person was rude to say the least!! I handed her my key upon check out, I didn¿t receive a good morning, thank you, how was your stay, NOTHING!! Absolutely no customer service and the look on her face was worse!!

Great location to San Carlos. Easy check in and out. Clean room.

Only negative, shower not very warm, tolerable but not optimal.

The hotel was close to my work.

The room was slightly dirty. The chair was spotted and I felt uncomfortable in the room.

Plumbing & Electricity

This hotel is not fit to be called one. The rooms have a stench that is derived from unsanitary conditions. The air conditioners are old and produce loud mechanical defective noises. There are colony's of cockroaches that are the size of a humans

There was a lot of confusion with the billing. I stayed 5 nights. Parking was awful. Somebody had some police drama with a whole bunch of shouting at night. I also only booked the place because of the hot tub and sauna, which were being removed.

The Location

A mouse ran across my path as I walk up the stairs to my room. The last night we stayed I not there were bed bugs.

Staff

Managers very helpful. My cable TV remote got messed up....it was after 9pm and he came quickly to fix it!...also helped me carry in stuff to my room. I had a very pleasant stay.

Being right on El Camino... traffic can be noisy... but wasn't that bad to complain about.

Dirty towels and rude staff

Fridge worked and so did wifi

AC didn't work, neither did tv. Room smelt of fecal matter. Bathroom window did not latch. Bathroom door did not latch. Towels were better quality than courtyard but horrible bed frame, mattress and stained sheets outweighed the towels. Will never stay here again and would not recommend. Should also note the two cockroaches I killed in bathroom

There was no breakfast that was advertised. Good living Inn states free Continental breakfast. There were different types of cereal but no milk. We checked for breakfast at 7am and 8 am no one there to assist lights were off.

This time of year there is Christmas Tree lot across the street with beautiful lights on the fence and families rushing to get their trees and excited kids playing hide and seek down the rows of trees. It is a wonderful sight to see.
