Easy check in. Great location.

The bed was not as comfortable as I would have hoped for.

NO PROBLEM CHECKING IN, WENT VERY FAST. THE HEATER WAS VERY EASY TO UNDERSTAND, AND IT STARTED WORKING WRITE AWAY. FREE PARKING

NO COFFEE OR BREAKFAST, CALL DOWN FOR TOOTHBRUSH, THEY HAD NOTHING. THEY DIRECTED ME TO GO TO 7 ELEVEN

The Cleaning Staff, breakfast staff, and grounds staff all very nice people they were all professional about their jobs. Breakfast options were great. The bed was comfortable, and for the most part we were able to rest.

The only issue was upon getting our room assignment the front desk did her best to help, we got a great room but wanted to park our van outside our room this was important for us. Parking is first come first serve so nothing is guaranteed.

Location, location, location. The hotel is a mile from the beach.

The bed was uncomfortable, the TV was positioned in an awkward position for watching in bed, the thermostat on the wall Was fake. Overall, not worth the $$$.

The hotel was older but very clean and well maintained. Close to the beach and restaurants/coffee. No continental breakfast because of covid in the past I've been overed to go continental breakfast this hotel was not offering anything.

The only thing was the bed was a bit too firm for me. Otherwise everything else was fine.

My room had such a horrible curry odor that I ended up leaving after only being there a couple hours, no screen on door so I could keep the door open for fresh air without flies coming in. Bed was also terrible and towels were VERY thin.

The a/c didn¿t work. The bed was terribly uncomfortable due to an old lumpy mattress. Very dissatisfied.

Very close to the pier, clean excellent customer service. This will be our new spot for sure.

Close to a beach

The beds were terrible, loud freeway noise, cheap thin towels, did not refill our soap or shampoo. I asked for extra towels to take a show after a day at the beach and was only given two for a party of four. Because that was all they had per the guy

The bed was way below any standard. It should not be in use. I left a day early so me and my wife could get a good night rest. Didn't see staff, only at check in & out. Only after ringing bell. over priced.

I liked the location and parking. Navigation to our room was good, check in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The air (heating and cooling) worked well.

The microwave looked like it was 30 years old. The coffee decanter was damaged; the spout was broken and I was afraid to use it.

Quiet,close and in town. Close to downtown enough to get the feeel of Pacifica. Great spot to get away

Bed could of been a little more firm

Location near the beach is great, and reasonable price given the hotels in the peninsula. The staff is friendly and the breakfast has fresh apples, which is a nice touch. I had recommend this to others.

The manager was unfriendly- he did not appear to enjoy providing the service he has chosen to do.

Hotel employee was extremely helpful on more than one occasion. He was a joy to work with, right down to loaning me a screwdriver to take something apart that I needed to ship back to Washington State. Thanks for you welcoming smile and attitude :)

It's clean and totally comfortable. A few blocks from the beach. Friendly staff. Excelent localization for those who need to go to the San Francisco international airport ( about 15 min away ).

There is almost anything around that we could go walking. I went to a market a few blocks away but it was pretty expensive.

Great location; cleanliness and friendly staff.
