Unfortunately the coffee maker in the room was defective.

fr. maintenance. My husband is big on tv but ours was acting "gltchy." Jaime came & did a # of things (different times) to try and fix the problem - which ultimately it was resolved & much appreciated.

Everything was great.

parking close to room

the mattress was filthy - and a cover cannot change that. My friend was bitten by bedbugs in her room. The pillows clearly need replacing and the housekeeping never made the bed or anything- just replaced the coffee pods

Very nice hotel in a great location with comfortable beds and hot shower. I appreciate the microwave refrigerator and coffee maker in-room. Also has great hot breakfast options.

This hotel was very convenient for a wedding we went to in Dixon. Our room was big, nice, and clean.

Our room's air condition wasn't working all night so not only was it hot but we didn't have the white noise to block out the super loud highway that was directly next to our end room. The bathroom seemed dingy compared to rest of room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everyone who works here seems great. The reception area and grounds seem well maintained.

The rooms are run down and smell of mildew. Not very clean. Ceiling and fan extremely dirty. Spiders ¿ at least two kinds. Also wasn¿t thrill that guests were allowed to set off fireworks in the parking lot. The noise was terrible.

Rooms were clean beds were comfortable and breakfast was great!

The people next door were drunk and had tired opening our door the second night we stayed they were pretty loud.

It is a large compound with plenty of parking.

Breakfast during the pandemic is not very good.

The only thing I like at this point about this place is the front desk clerk. I've had horrible experiences the last 2 times there and Brandy has done her best to try to make it a better experience.

Last time I had dirty towels in my room this time no towels. It's as if their housekeeping didn't finish the rooms. Last time I had a mentally disturbed individual screaming all night outside my room and this time a bunch of middle eastern men harrassing

Forgot to tell you that there was an odor walking by the refrigerator of 102.

After driving 9 hours from Oregon to continue work at the veterans memorial cemetery located in Dixon it was conviently locates for my particular need.

The first room I had gotten into had a strynge above the refrigerator in the closet, normally. It being one to draw issues to the small things this was absurd to me.. I was in fact moved to a new room, however i was not informed the room was costing more.

Room was clean. Nice amenities.

Outside was dirty. Not well kept.
