So cute, comfy, charming and cozy! Located within walking distance of all restaurants and the amazing beach. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy bed. I would definitely stay here again!

Historic charm coupled with maximum comfort, including luxe bed and bedding, gas fireplace, oceanview balcony, two-room suite advertised simply as a queen BR, raised double soaking tub, delicious full breakfast with avocado Benedicts, served in room.

No problem for us, but it should be noted that check-in after 7pm is not possible (front desk person goes home).

Lovely hotel, every room is a different theme. Beautiful calm location - perfect to spend time in your room just enjoying the surroundings. Having breakfast delivered to the room was the cherry on top!

Nope - loved it all!

This is such a unique hotel! The staff was extremely helpful and made us feel like we were the most important people there. It is extremely close to the beach and it wasn't a hard walk, not even for this 30 week pregnant person.

I liked the level of privacy and easy parking. The spa tub in the Valencia suite was nice too! It almost felt like a small air bnb rented home. Prime location for Capitola

The staff made the check in process a little overwhelming Cleanliness was decent but not to my standards.

Liked the hotel because it’s quaint , and very European looking. Also the fact it had limited rooms giving a very family atmosphere.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and was very sure we were not given the superior room I had ordered.

Beautiful room great hospitality great customer service great food and super location. We had a wonderful two night stay and will go back again.

The railroad baron room had a great bathroom. The big tub was terrific and the skylights were wonderful. We liked the sitting area - we had breakfast in our room in this area 2 days. Very enjoyable. Good bed - we slept well. Location was quiet.

We had to move rooms after the first day. It was a little hard to find the place when we first came. Signage small.

The Valencia room is very nice. But impossible to control water temperature while using the shower!

We stayed in the Paris room. It was spacious and quiet, even when we had the door opened to the garden patio (common area). The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good, as well as the evening snack and cookies.

It was clean, beautiful, and a safe area for travel. The owner was an excellent communicator and I am looking forward to returning. The Paris room was very well decorated and had such an elegant vibe. The fireplace was so beautiful and faces the sitting room and your bedroom area. Also, the mattress was a very good quality.Breakfast brought to your room in the morning was a good touch. Along with ample parking for guests.

Location was superior. Wonderful to park the car and walk down the secret steps to Capitola village. But don’t expect the Inn to give you ant info on that.

Innkeeper was really checked out. Basically in absentia. I wanted to be informed of other rooms availability after a three night and he was no where in sight, I had to use booking.com. Rooms are unheated, they don’t tell you this and they can’t even bother to haul out a heater and warm the room before arrival. The Valencia room had the MOST inaccessible and dangerous bathing setup I have ever encountered. Plus the Valencia isn’t even in the main house and they don’t tell you this. Really awful communication at this lace. No one even bothered to inform me of he Wi-Fi password.
