- Bed was a little hard
- I reserved two queens but they gave me a king and a sofa bed and did not offer any kind of compensation
- Front desk looked frustrated or annoyed to check me in. Very little was explained about the restaurant/cafe or any of the amenities. Bathroom had drain flies. And the hallway by the elevator smelled like vomit.
