- Staff is awesome! We had a wonderful time. Checking in was smooth with great guys, Staff was fun driving the shuttle from the parking, and our favorite waitress (unsure if ok to name) She was from Batesville.,AR and was the best! Really took care of us.
- It is right in the downtown are, where we walk to our events.

Cons -
- They started doing work on the building at 8:00/8:30 am and woke up us. I have a video of the sounds. it made our stay unpleasant.
- The room was nice, only small and not enough lighting. The bed frame on one side stuck out at the bottom enough that I scraped my leg getting up once. A lamp on both side would have been nice.
- We went to the Cresent Hotel one morning for breakfast. Our mistake. The heavy set lady was not friendly at all. Great experience however at the Basin. Can't wait to come back.
