he staff is incredible kind and knowledgeable!!!!!! The hotel it self was clean and well decorated. The breakfast was the best I ever had

The first room assigned had not been cleaned and one queen bed sheets had been used and not changed. Housekeeping was not on duty. We were moved to another room, which had been cleaned.

Location, convenience

I have stayed in this particular hotel 25 or so times over the last six years. The has gone downhill on a steady rate even after a recent renovation. There is never a time now that there is not something wrong with the room, service, or amenities.

Clean, friendly, updated. Good breakfast too.

A little out of my way, bit overall well-located. Stl awaiting my $10 retainer back.

Its near where we needed to go

The air conditioner didnt work, and used bath cloths were left in the shower.

Location was near family. Good free breakfast. Free parking. Quiet.

1st night no light over bathroom sink & AC compressor was so loud needed earplugs. These should have been noted by staff in preparing room. However, next morning front desk notified and second night all was fixed.

Greeted by Staff when you came and went and helpful with directions to the Breakfast area. This is not the usually where I have stayed before. Good Job!!

Not a thing.

The room overall wasn¿t well-cleaned. I wiped down all the surfaces and many were sticky, dirty; The pull out sofa mattress was stained with either vomit or diarrhea. We didn¿t use it!

The hotel has gone through some recent renovation. A good quality job, but I must say the decor is a poor choice, preference only I will let you be the judge. Most of all the breakfast is the worst it is of little variety and poor quality.

The nice clean rooms. Nice carpet. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was great.

The rooms are of a poor state of cleanliness. Stains of unknown origin on the furniture, a bit disgusting. The breakfast is the worst I have had in a hotel of this price range, every.

It was a very nice place to stay and the staff was so friendly and helpful with direction and other needs. I would stay again.

I like the breakfast was good but there was no meat.

The lobby and breakfast area were very hospitable. Spacious, well furnished, and pleasant.

The hotel was very clean & the staff was excellent. I forgot an item in our room & didn't realize it until we got back home. The hotel staff went above & beyond to mail me the forgotten item. There was never a hint of them being inconvenienced.

The only improvement I would suggest is that our bathroom did not have a bath fan and this caused the bathroom to get very hot. I had to wait quite a while for the mirror to clear to style my hair.

The staff was not very personable and put my family in a room in the middle of a giant wedding party. The party was loud,slammed doors all night, and had fights. There were empty rooms down the hall next to our family. No one asked about our stay.

The location. It was in a nice quiet area, but still close enough to everything we needed. It was peaceful & relaxing. Check-in was quick & hassle free. And, the breakfast was actually worth going downstairs for!

The only thing I can think of that would've made it any better, is if there had been some bacon, ham, or sausage on the breakfast bar. But, I really can't complain about anything. That would just have been a bonus, really.

Hotel was very comfortable and room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed a quiet atmosphere with peaceful sleep. Breakfast was good with many selections.
