Bagged breakfast to go. No milk for tea or coffee. This hotel has many occupants that reside long term on site. The walls are paper thin, we had to sleep with the TV on to block out noise from the room beside us. Not enough parking on site.

The rooms are beautiful and uniquely decorated. The in room gas fireplace was a nice addition and made for a beautiful ambiance. The robes, Nespresso machine and comfy duvets made it difficult to leave. The staff is very friendly.

The overall cleanliness; the tiles on the floors and the marble on the washroom walls (not broken); the upgraded modern sanitation; the nice smell and the clean quality beds and sheets. Everything that is important to me. The price was good as well.

The rooms were unhygienic, the towels provided, had hair in them, when i reported this to the reception the response was to inform the manager next morning. The coffee machine in the room was moldy, Carpets were filthy.
