- The rooms are beautiful and uniquely decorated. The in room gas fireplace was a nice addition and made for a beautiful ambiance. The robes, Nespresso machine and comfy duvets made it difficult to leave. The staff is very friendly.
Cons -
- The room we were in fell well below our expectations for the price we paid. It was little more than a dorm room.
- The hotel was awful and subpar. There were stains on linen and room dirty. I immediately went to service desk and told them I couldn¿t stay there and was told that I would not be refunded anything including the packing I had to pay for. Very displeased.
- They could do with some more bandwidth on their Internet service -- I couldn't stream video at high definition. But that's a minor complaint.
