- Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
- Excellent staff and service.
- I liked the location to the Koena spa.
Cons -
- Parking lot is tight in the winter and fills up quick from spa attendees. First room was dirty. Hairs on counter, chip crumbs on couch, dust and dirt on floors and towel had brown stains.
- The hotel is old and it has been decorated sloppily paint not finished and dripped on furniture.
- Location, foodservice, star rating was not correct, this is a 3 star property, it even went from being a Hilton, to Choice
