The location of the Hotel is on the main commercial street for dinner, and shopping. Short drive to college campus.
Room was plenty big with nice beds. The hotel was located right in the middle of a main street with multiple options for restaurants and shopping- I forgot to bring my toothbrush and toothpaste.

This hotel was old and run down. The ceiling in the bathroom had leaked along the edge badly. It was as clean as it could be, but I could see light along the edge of the door and the outside access door had no lock. Anyone could get in.

I believe this was listed as a "2.5 star" motel, but it is really really nice! Very clean, modern, I felt like I was in a 4 star hotel! A Gem!

At the time of my booking the hotel was rated at 8.5. So at the very least I expected clean, welcoming and safe environment. However what I encountered was far different. Place was filthy. Parking lot was full of pot smokers.

It's fairly close to Boone's train museum but far enough away from the noise of it. Clean room, cool, and fair breakfast.
