Jay at the front desk was fantastic!The breakfast was good!

The shower head in the shower was very low pressure.

Property was being remodeled. Workers every where. When we got to our room , the door was open and someone had left bowel movement on our toilet! When told at front desk response was oh sorry

There was no coffee maker in the room.

The breakfast was AWFUL. Yogurt and muffins… not even a good selection of that. Watery orange juice and Apple Juice. Nothing I would consider “breakfast”… barely a snack.

The hotel was under construction which was mentioned. The pool was freezing. They mixed up our room and didn’t have it ready so we had to change rooms two days into our eight day stay. The Handicap Parking spaces were used by construction vehicles. There was a dead cricket right outside of the elevator every single day… same cricket never cleaned. We had to go get our towels and even our toilet paper because there was zero room service. They said they would adjust our bill and then, since we checked out on a Sunday, said they couldn’t because the manager wasn’t there. The pool was too miserably cold to use, and two of our five roommates opted to use a tent site rather than the room. Having health issues and being stuck in this place while under construction was hard on our bodies and our minds.
