The people that work there are welcoming and try to help and understand English. We liked that it was close to the railway station. The windows were amazing and kept out the street noise which was tremendous if you opened the windows.

For the price and location this place was perfect for me a male solo traveler. However, some might be put off by the neighborhood as the area around the bus and train terminal is dirty, gritty, with a lot of homeless. But for me location was important.

This hotel cancelled our reservation one day beforehand stating that the credit card was not accepted. I called Chase Bank and there was nothing wrong with the credit card. They put this in incorrectly. There was no availability when I tried again.
