- It is too noisy and old. There is no sound barrier between rooms and the street. You can clearly hear people talk next door. My neighbor still watched TV after 12:40am.
- Unhelpful staff and the room provided was not as expected. We booked a twin room but they gave us a double bed. They gave us no option to change this upon arrival other than to book an additional room at full price. Totally misleading advertising
- The parking was challenging. The lot is small, turning around is tough and all of the cars are squeezed. It was blocked twice by service trucks. The room had paper thin walls, we could hear everything the neighbors did.

The location was good - it was very close to the airport.
The parking was challenging. The lot is small, turning around is tough and all of the cars are squeezed. It was blocked twice by service trucks. The room had paper thin walls, we could hear everything the neighbors did.
