- Quiet, clean, next to train station. Breakfast offered a wide number of items.
- The people that work there are welcoming and try to help and understand English. We liked that it was close to the railway station. The windows were amazing and kept out the street noise which was tremendous if you opened the windows.

- Dim, low wattage light bulbs. Impossible to read a book even with all lights on. Advertises hotel as businessest", but only "desk" measures 12" x 24", and no light over surface.
- My wife and I did not like Naples at all. We could not find gluten free food for my wife's dietary needs. The people on the street were busy talking or texting on their phone and walked right into us, very rude. I have traveled to many cities in Italy

I liked the fact that the hotel is connected to the central train station and metro.
The hotel was noisy. You could hear guests moving around and the traffic noise made sleeping difficult. Also, the lighting was horrible inside the rooms and the room temp was control by the front desk.
