Pros +
- Great location, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful view of sea and castle from balcony where breakfast is served. Free internet worked well.
- The staff was wonderful as they provided great service. The location was fantastic as it was centrally located to many historical sights in Naples.
Cons -
- There was no power outlet next to the bed. I needed one for my CPAP machine. The hotel did not have an extension cord either, so I had to sleep with my head on the foot of the bed for the entire stay. I'd expect a 4-star hotel to not have such an issue.
- If you did not get breakfast included in your room charge, then before you can get breakfast, which is located on the 3rd floor, you cannot charge the breakfast to your room. You have to go to the lobby and pay for it upfront. Ridiculous!
