Loft rooms near top floor are under the club/bar. Not great for working. Asked for trash to be taken out of the room, and the cleaning staff only took one visible bag of trash, but nothing from the actual trash bins under the wet bar and in the bathroom.

Loft rooms near top floor are under the club/bar. Not great for working. Asked for trash to be taken out of the room, and the cleaning staff only took one visible bag of trash, but nothing from the actual trash bins under the wet bar and in the bathroom.

The bathroom door was a barn/rolling door which was odd. The handle on one of the drawers were broken and had someone's old sock there. We were given dirty towels after room service was done. We didn't get the room we originally purchased.

There is a knob for washroom and it doesn't get locked. When I asked staff about it, they mentioned it's a old building and it cannot be resolved.
