Located 3 minutes’ walk from USC campus this hotel offers easy access to campus events. It features an outdoor pool and hot tub and rooms with free WiFi. A restaurant and bar are located on-site. A cable TV is provided in each air-conditioned room at USC Hotel. Each guest room includes ironing facilities, a hairdryer and a coffee maker. McKay's Restaurant offers a daily breakfast buffet from 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM (additional fee applies). Room service is available daily from 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Rosso Oro's Pizzeria is open Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Guests can work out anytime in the 24-hour fitness center at USC Hotel.   • The location across the street from the USC campus can't be beat.
  • Best location for USC parents and friends.
  • Location-close to BMO

Cons -

  • The room is dated, tired and worn, which makes everything feel dirty. The bathroom had grease streaks running down the wallpaper. The bathtub appears to have been placed over the old bathtub and is very high and difficult to step in and out of.
  • Rooms smells bad, not enough fresh air.
  • The room did not smell great. The wall unit a/c was a bit loud and we could not get the room cool enough (especially for sleep). The room seemed a little beat up (desk banged up, etc).

The location across the street from the USC campus can't be beat.

The location was perfect as we were visiting USC. The hotel had been remodeled nicely (a sure how recent the remodel was, but since I stayed there 20 years ago). The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room did not smell great. The wall unit a/c was a bit loud and we could not get the room cool enough (especially for sleep). The room seemed a little beat up (desk banged up, etc).
