They didn't have my king room available, so they gave me a double queen suite (they asked me first). But MAN did it have a view! I could watch incoming planes land at LAX, see the downtown skyline, and the Hollywood sign was even visible from my 8th floor room. The room was very clean. Staff was great! If I'm back in LA, I'll come back.
Nothing I can think of. Breakfast was decent and the woman running it was cheerful; she seemed to GENUINELY enjoy her job. My only complaint is that the staff was TOO pleasant!

Staff members were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. There was a blip regarding our rez but a great Booking.com Agent helped tremendously & the Marriott Staff were very accommodating. The room was VERY spacious & comfortable. I left my cell at the hotel & Staff were super helpful re it's return to my home. Definitely will stay again- highly recommend.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It's very close to the airport and offers a shuttle. I travel to California a lot and always stay here the last night before flying out early.

Free airport shuttle. Good chain restaurants in the hotel. Comfy beds clean and spacious rooms. Nice lobby and free breakfast.

The ample, modern rooms were comfortable for a family of five. Room, bathroom, sheets were clean. Love the open shower concept. Breakfast was glorious. There were plenty of options for someone who does not like to start the day eating sweets. Mi kids enjoyed the steel cut oats with plenty of nuts, raisins, shredded coconut and chocolate chips. Yum! Their coffee was also to die for. Wish this service was standard for all hotels.
The shuttle lady was bossy and unaccommodating.

Super nice and friendly hotel staff. Awesome location. We have been there twice. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is seeking perfect location and excellent service!
