The staff was very helpful and friendly from check in to check out. The room was very comfortable and spacious. It was really quiet even though it was a busy weekend. The drink vouchers were a nice surprise and the breakfast was great! We have already booked another weekend in November.

I spent the last night of a 10 day trip back to Texas at this hotel. I decided I wanted to stay in a nice hotel for my last night instead of a cheaper one. This hotel was very nice -- very clean room -- very comfortable bed -- great shower.
Cleanliness, comfy beds and comforters, comfy pillows, very clean did not smell at all! My mom’s a hard person to impress and she was impressed by this hotel. Will stay again.

Good location, safe area
We loved everything about our stay here! The hotel is very clean, their staff is awesome, and the breakfast was great! My family even liked the little gift shop inside the hotel. The location of the hotel is fantastic. We checked in an hour early, so we went shopping and had dinner right across the way in the shopping center. Parking is on site and very well lit.

Room was relatively large and comfortable. Location is awesome, very near the airport. Staff were friendly and accomodating and the overall value can't be beat -- though you do get what you pay for some in some respects.

Location was perfect and easy to get to. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were amazing and comfortable and very clean. Housekeeping was super sweet and greeted us with a friendly smile. Breakfast and coffee was great! I wish we stayed another night to enjoy the gym and pool. If we ever return we will definitely stay here again!

Eric. Who checked us in was friendly and helpful. One of the main caretakers also helped to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast had a good variety of food.
Probably the best overall room and facilities we've seen on our cross-country road trip so far. Big room, comfy bed, nice shower, friendly helpful staff, good laundry room, close to good restaurants. Only stayed one night, but it was great.

My favorite place to say whenever I'm in El Paso. This hundred year old hotel has a lot of history so if you love history and all things vintage this is the place for you. Convenient location close to restaurants, coffeeshops and bars. The staff is friendly and helpful and do a great job at keeping the hotel clean.
Gardner Hostel is so different, it is full of interesting history. They have nice decorated lobby interior and other parts of hotel, too. And it's in the very center of El Paso downtown. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. I would recomend the hostel to anyone.

The location was good considering I was broke down and needed walkable restaurants. Several options within a two or three minute walk. Staff was fine but not present when I needed to check out. Had a sign would be back in 15 minutes but my Uber was waiting so couldn't wait

We loved everything about our stay here! The hotel is very clean, their staff is awesome, and the breakfast was great! My family even liked the little gift shop inside the hotel. The location of the hotel is fantastic. We checked in an hour early, so we went shopping and had dinner right across the way in the shopping center. Parking is on site and very well lit.

Location was perfect and easy to get to. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were amazing and comfortable and very clean. Housekeeping was super sweet and greeted us with a friendly smile. Breakfast and coffee was great! I wish we stayed another night to enjoy the gym and pool. If we ever return we will definitely stay here again!

Location was perfect and easy to get to. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were amazing and comfortable and very clean. Housekeeping was super sweet and greeted us with a friendly smile. Breakfast and coffee was great! I wish we stayed another night to enjoy the gym and pool. If we ever return we will definitely stay here again!

I spent the last night of a 10 day trip back to Texas at this hotel. I decided I wanted to stay in a nice hotel for my last night instead of a cheaper one. This hotel was very nice -- very clean room -- very comfortable bed -- great shower.
Cleanliness, comfy beds and comforters, comfy pillows, very clean did not smell at all! My mom’s a hard person to impress and she was impressed by this hotel. Will stay again.

My favorite place to say whenever I'm in El Paso. This hundred year old hotel has a lot of history so if you love history and all things vintage this is the place for you. Convenient location close to restaurants, coffeeshops and bars. The staff is friendly and helpful and do a great job at keeping the hotel clean.
Gardner Hostel is so different, it is full of interesting history. They have nice decorated lobby interior and other parts of hotel, too. And it's in the very center of El Paso downtown. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. I would recomend the hostel to anyone.

Rooms are very clean and anything you needed they brought it to you great service
The people in front were very nice. When I got to the place, the front desk clerk was busy fixing things, and stopped to help me, and I saw him later on, fixing something else. The point is, I've been in too many motels where they leave things broken and unattended without lifting a finger to repair the place. The room seemed clean, even had a bleachy smell to it - I don't mind the smell of bleach, it tells me that they cleaned it well. We had only two pillows, and we usually use four. I told the front desk, and housekeeping brought two more to our room promptly. Thank you.

The staff was very helpful and friendly from check in to check out. The room was very comfortable and spacious. It was really quiet even though it was a busy weekend. The drink vouchers were a nice surprise and the breakfast was great! We have already booked another weekend in November.

The location is great and check in with such nice people is always welcoming! The room are clean and very comfortable.
We have stayed here before and will definitely stay again. Some folks might be put off by the location in relationship to the border and the highway but I can tell you that the property is clean, nice, quiet, comfortable, and the parking lot is much better lit than in the profile photo. The breakfast is simple but sufficient. We enjoy staying here every time we and we will stay here again.

We loved everything about our stay here! The hotel is very clean, their staff is awesome, and the breakfast was great! My family even liked the little gift shop inside the hotel. The location of the hotel is fantastic. We checked in an hour early, so we went shopping and had dinner right across the way in the shopping center. Parking is on site and very well lit.

Our room was very spacious, even for just my husband and I. We enjoyed the room to spread out a bit and relax, even if only there for the night. Great kudos for Ernesto! He seemed like the jack of all trades and jumped in to assist with breakfast - clearing dishes, checking our needs and then was our shuttle driver to the airport in the morning to collect our car rental. Great location for close to airport and easy to get to.

I spent the last night of a 10 day trip back to Texas at this hotel. I decided I wanted to stay in a nice hotel for my last night instead of a cheaper one. This hotel was very nice -- very clean room -- very comfortable bed -- great shower.
Cleanliness, comfy beds and comforters, comfy pillows, very clean did not smell at all! My mom’s a hard person to impress and she was impressed by this hotel. Will stay again.

The staff was always very welcoming and pleasant. My family felt safe coming in and out of the location and appreciated the staff always on duty. The breakfast was good. And the location was perfect for the area we were visiting.
