Location and parking lot. Television was good.
Broken door frame, bathroom needed replaced, bed and very thin blankets, floors were dirty and sticky.

Not much variety in breakfast choices, but I had read the reviews so I was not surprised.

Location was good. Having a number of convenience stores and fast food restaurants nearby.
The room didn't have a single trash can. Still had construction remnants around the room. Floor was dirty, but you couldn't see it. Floor covering hides it pretty well.
